The building is monitored by Datawatch Systems 24/7. Access to upper floors and suites always requires a Datawatch key fob via elevators and suite doors.
- Each tenant receives an initial supply of fobs at no cost.
- To request additional fobs, contact FranklinTower@mrprealty.com.
- If a fob is lost, stolen, or an employee departs, notify both Datawatch and Property Management immediately.
