- Full name
- Date/time of visit
- Authorizing employee’s name
- Check-In:
- Security checks in visitor at the lobby.
- Security grants suite access or calls tenant if preferred.
Contractor Access
- Pre-Approval: Contractors must be approved by Property Management.
- Tenant Authorization: Written approval from an authorized tenant contact is required.
- Escort Requirement: Contractors may need to be escorted depending on scope of work.
