U Street Parking manages the parking garage for Franklin Tower. Access is via 14th Street or via the alley on I Street. Since the parking facility is frequently the first and last place that you visit each day, U Street Parking strives to interact with our customers in a courteous and efficient manner. They personalize their services to meet the needs of the customer at each facility.

Monthly Contracts:
The monthly rate as of January 2022 is $285 for non-reserved parking and $570.00 for reserved parking. Monthly account holders will have their Kastle Systems access card activated for 24-hour garage access. Account holders also have the option to purchase a garage clicker for $45.00.
Valet Parking:
Valet parking is available for monthly parkers and visitors.
